Brian O'Hagan

VP, Product Apps

Brian O’Hagan is a seasoned product leader with two decades of experience transforming ideas into purposeful solutions. As Vice President of Product at BetterUp, Brian leads cross-functional product teams in designing and developing ethical, Generative AI-first product experiences. He plays a key role in shaping the Human Transformation Platform, guiding strategy and execution at the intersection of technology, science, and people.

Previously, Brian served as Vice President of Product at Skillshare, where he led B2C and B2B product strategy. His teams launched machine learning-powered personalization, scaled international payments, and introduced cohort-based learning experiences—strengthening Skillshare’s global teacher network and accelerating its growth in the creator economy.

At Warner Bros. Entertainment, Brian held a studio executive product role, leading the end-to-end product operations for Warner Bros. Digital Networks. His teams spanned content operations, business strategy, data, and customer experience, all in support of digital properties in the studio’s expansive IP portfolio, including DC Entertainment, Cartoon Network, and Wizarding World.

Brian played a pivotal role in the growth of Vimeo as its first product manager and later product director. He led the development of key zero-to-one product initiatives, including paid subscription video and content discovery tools, enabling video creators to scale and monetize their work through Vimeo’s embeddable global video network.

Brian began his career at Columbia University, building some of the earliest video-based learning platforms at the Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia, where he contributed to research in motivation science, behavioral economics, and cognitive psychology.

His career reflects a consistent focus on building elegant, technology-enabled experiences that empower learners, communities, and organizations to thrive.
