Daniel Dinay is BetterUp's SVP of Product Marketing, leading a multifaceted team across Product Marketing, Pricing & Packaging, Customer Intelligence, Creative Design, and Partner Value to bring BetterUp's transformative solutions to market.

A data-driven marketing leader, Daniel brings extensive experience in accelerating business growth and profitability across global markets. Prior to joining BetterUp, he served as VP of Customer & Product Marketing at Europe’s leading HR platform Personio, where he co-led a marketing team of 60 professionals. During his tenure, he built a scalable go-to-market playbook and was accountable for launching Personio's payroll solution, which became the company's fastest-growing revenue driver.

Previously, Daniel held leadership positions at Marqeta, where he played a key role in the company's growth from $150M to $750M in annual recurring revenue and supported the company's successful IPO that raised $1.2B. As Senior Director of Customer & Corporate Marketing, he led the launch of a new global website that significantly increased traffic and drove 60% of marketing leads.

His earlier experience spans roles at Pandora, where he led product marketing strategy for streaming products driving over $1.5B in annual revenue, Intuit, where he managed product marketing for QuickBooks Online across multiple international markets, and Clorox, where he managed major consumer brands and led cross-functional teams to launch new products that drove significant sales growth.

Daniel's career spans both consumer brands and technology companies across the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. He has led marketing teams through various stages of company growth, from early-stage startups to established global enterprises, applying his understanding of customer needs to connect innovative products with the markets they serve.
