Prior to BetterUp, Samantha held senior leadership roles at Upwork, where she partnered with enterprises to solve workforce challenges and create more flexible, future-ready organizations. She is also a strong advocate for women in leadership and frequently contributes to industry discussions on empowering diverse talent in the workplace.

Samantha earned her degree from Purdue University, where she developed her passion for business strategy and leadership development.
