Sarah Parker

SVP, Customer Success

Sarah is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at BetterUp, where she leads all global post-sale and delivery functions. With a focus on driving long-term value for customers, she oversees the teams responsible for implementation, customer success, and services globally.

Prior to joining BetterUp, Sarah spent six years at UiPath, a global leader in automation software. There, she helped build the company’s post-sales organization from the ground up, helping scale the business through hypergrowth and a successful IPO—from $100 million to $1.3 billion in revenue. Her leadership was instrumental in delivering enterprise-grade customer experiences and operational excellence during a critical phase of expansion in the Americas market.

Before her move into enterprise SaaS, Sarah spent a decade at GE, where she held leadership roles across finance, operations, and digital transformation. Her work spanned multiple industrial businesses and continents—including the U.S., South America, sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and Asia—reflecting her deep expertise in leading high-impact, cross-cultural teams and driving operational transformation at scale.

Sarah holds a degree from the University at Albany and lives in New York with her husband Daniel and their son Miles.
